This policy explains what Upgrader.Pet stores when you use the site, the games, the marketplace, and wallet deposits or withdrawals. Using the site means you accept this policy.

Information we collect

We collect the account details needed to run the site:

• Your username, login session, and the Roblox account linked to you.
• USD balance, limiteds inventory, listings, game history, and withdrawal requests.
• Crypto deposit addresses created for your account, and the deposits credited to you.
• Basic device and connection data, such as IP address, used to keep sessions secure and limit abuse.

We do not ask for health information or biometric data.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, run games, credit deposits, queue withdrawals, show your inventory, and stop multi-accounting or other abuse. We do not sell your account data.

Roblox and payments

Limited deposits and withdrawals go through Roblox trades. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are handled by the payment provider for that coin and network. Those services receive only what they need to complete the transfer.

Terminated items

If Roblox deletes, terminates, or moderates a limited, Upgrader.Pet cannot recover it. We may keep a record that the item was deposited, wagered, listed, or queued, but that record does not restore the item or create a refund. We are not responsible for items Roblox removes.

How long we keep it

Account, game, and transaction records stay for as long as the account exists and for as long as we need them to resolve a dispute, finish a withdrawal, or meet a legal duty.

Security

Sessions are stored so you stay signed in, and wallet actions are tied to your account. No site can promise that access will never be disrupted. Keep your login private.

Age

Upgrader.Pet is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly keep accounts for minors. If an underage account is found, it can be closed.
