Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms cover Upgrader.Pet, including upgrades, rewards, the marketplace, and the wallet. Creating an account or playing means you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.

Balances and items

USD on the site is the balance used for USD games and marketplace purchases. Limiteds in your inventory are site records of items held for play, sale, or withdrawal. A listed value is the value used by the site. It is not a promise that Roblox or anyone else will pay that amount.

Deposits

Crypto deposits credit after the payment provider confirms them. Limited deposits credit after the Roblox trade completes. A limited can be wagered or listed during its trade hold. The hold does not pause games you already joined.

Withdrawals

USD withdrawals are sent as crypto, minus the stated fee. Limited withdrawals that are still on hold are queued. The queue sends when every item in it is off hold, and you can cancel it before then. Items in a queue cannot be wagered or listed until you cancel.

Terminated items

Upgrader.Pet is not responsible for limiteds that Roblox deletes, terminates, moderates, bans, or otherwise removes. That includes items in your inventory, in an open game, on the marketplace, in a trade, or in a queued withdrawal.

A terminated item will not be replaced, refunded, or paid out in USD or in another limited. You accept that Roblox can remove an item at any time, and that loss stays with the account that held it.

Games

Upgrades show the chance before you play, and that chance is what the roll uses. Outcomes are provably fair and are not reversed because of a disconnect.

Marketplace

Sellers set a price. Buyers pay that price from their USD balance. A limited bought while it is still on hold keeps the same hold. Upgrader.Pet can remove a listing that breaks these terms.

Accounts

One person may keep one account. Sharing access, passing items between accounts to dodge a limit, or opening extra accounts can lead to a closed account and held balances. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Liability

The site is provided as available. We are not liable for lost items, terminated limiteds, failed Roblox trades, delayed withdrawals, crypto network issues, or lost access to an account. Our responsibility for a dispute is limited to the site balance directly tied to that dispute, and never includes a Roblox item Roblox itself has removed.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
